Bench Press 4 x 6-8 RPT

200 x 8 ... +1
195 x 8 ... +1
185 x 8 ... +1
180 x 9 ... +2



Incline Bench Press 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

160 x 9, 7, 7, 6 ... Total reps = 29 (+3)



Weighted Triangle Chin Up 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

BW+12.5 x 10, 8, 7, 6 ... Total reps = 31 (+2)



Weighted Chest Dip 4 x 6-8 RPT

BW+60.0 x 8 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+52.5 x 8 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+32.5 x 9 ... +2.5 lbs
BW+25.0 x 9 ... +5 lbs





I am so happy with this training session!! I can't believe that I got that 8th rep in the first set, and then progressed in all of them!!!! It took 5 weeks to get that first set to budge, lol.

I am shocked and pleased at the progression throughout and could not ask for anything more from a workout.

245 x 9 ... Damn, meant to go with +10 @ 255 for this set, DOH!




Standing Military Press 4 x 6-8 RPT

130 x 7 ... +5 lbs
125 x 7 ... +5 lbs
115 x 9 ... +2
115 x 7 ... +5 lbs




Weighted WGPU 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

BW+5 x 9, 8, 6, 5 = 28 ... +5 lbs




Standing BTNP 4 Sets, Rep Goal = 30

115 x 9, 8, 7, 7 = 31 ... +5 lbs ... Surpassed my 30 rep goal, I will add weight next time.





Another great workout, with more than adequate progression!

Damn, with the 245 x 9 set, I was thinking that I had 255 on my back, so when I matched last week's reps I stopped, thinking okay, I matched last week's reps with 10 more pounds. I still had a couple reps in me, oh well. Absent mindedness ... just one more reason to give every set as much as you've got.
