Mil Press: 105 lbs x3x3x3x3x3x3...up next time


Pendlay Rows: 125 lbs x8x8x6 = 22
Kirk Rows: 125 lbs X6x5x5 = 17
DB Bench: 65 lbs x9x7x6 = 22
Mil Press: 85 lbs x7x6x5 = 18

Rating 8/10

Pretty good workout. Even though I pride myself on starting every workout with a focused mind, tonight I had some very heavy personal thoughts on my mind, and I would be lying if I said they did not affect my workout, but, it was still pretty good none the less.

nice work moe,it can be hard to train sometimes when the head is somewere else but still a good workout.

You are correct Lee. I try my hardest to push it aside, but sometimes, when it is pretty big, its hard to do.

MAN thoses felt good, first heavy day since the back strain. Was gonna go higher, but figured I better not push it. I will pick up Hepburn where I left off next week !!

Squats:
105 x 20

Since the heavier weights are really being hampered by my hip arthritis, gonna try lowering the weights, and doing 20 repper for a while...add 10 lbs each week and see how that goes.

Rating 8.5 / 10

Only reason it wasn't a 9 is because it was a "see what the back can handle" day and not a "regularly scheduled program, already in progress" day

I am already pumped for Friday!!!!
