Wow - thanks for sharing. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back. I am not sure of the details, as I have to wait until April for my appt. with a sports medicine doctor. My family doc thought I should see him for more details and for treatment. I am not sure how it will affect my lifting but now I imagine it will be something similar to what you are going thru.

I am also very impressed you have managed to get to where you are today despite less than ideal lifting equipment. Good for you.

Pretty good intro back into Hepburn, will hit it full speed next Monday.
