Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. No. Simply too expensive. I will be able to swing a single ticket for a Florida visit though. Just need to wait after tax time to see when.

Pretty worn out by the time I reached the Dips, 31 = same as last workout
Really liking the DB rows so far, certainly can feel it 2 days later.

DB Rows are one of the best. I am going to try doing them from a dead stop on the floor tonight. Not sure if that is referrred to as Kroc Rows or not.

Those dips sure get heavy real fast eh?

They sure do, after set #1, I am thinking wow, this will be a 40-45 rep night....but the Dips have other ideas!!
