I was comfortable in my JimGym the first session and nothing has ever changed. It's like a car fanatic owns cars, so a lifting fanatic owns weights, right? If it wasn't for the Crew, I would have never joined the CrewGym. The bonus tho is that it has equipment I do not, and do not even have the room for. However, as long as you can get the basic done with some decent accessory work, your golden at home.

Great pulling as well today Moe! Looking forward to see how Sumo's treata you in the long run.

Jim, you are right, buy Saturday the "newness" had worn off....Terrible music playing (Dr office music) Waiting for the Bro's to finish curling to use the squat rack. People telling me I am squatting too deep.....Glad I am out of that place, although it did serve its purpose while I was here.

Squats...stuck at 235 last 3 weeks...man, I suck at these
Not 100% focused today. Got a case of the "Last day of Vacation" Blues
Plus the music in the gym was CRAP, I, and a lot of other "guys" complained, but the women (and only women) who were on duty today just laughed it off. Oh well, back to the MoeGym on Monday!!

Heavy squats are tough (and dangerous) if your mind isn't into it! Still moved some good weight and got work done

I think once you are back in the strong confines of the MoeGym, and recharged you will see some squat improvement. Are you mainly unhappy with your form or do you feel no matter what you do, it will not get better?

Other than vid critiques, the best way I know of to get better, is just to practice lots, even with BW and Goblet squats on a daily basis if possible. Remember your form cues and do not think about the loaded weight. I think this, combined with some studying of the form of course, you will eventually break out of the squat doldrums.

Put it this way, if I can get out of a 20+ year bench press rut you can escape from squat hell.
