have faith in those squats to come around Moe! Really nice to see you are good to go with Sumos - they certainly do involve more legs and less back than conventionals. I personally like to mix them up, but I am more comfy with conventionals.

Thanks Jim, as for the Sumo's, dont really have a choice at the moment. Fortunately they are working out pretty well.

I started doing Sumo's out of necessity, but they are working out better than I expected.

270, that's 90% of my 1RM conventional, not bad for 4 time doing Sumo's. I was pretty happy.....275 would have made me happier, but I will get that next week!

Squats:

9/10 Great WO, I was real happy with the deads. I like working out at home, there are a lot of advantages. BUT, I can see where working out in a gym has advantages also. But then again, maybe its just the "newness" of it.
