Oh, I did not mean to suggest you do them in the order of a powerlifting meet, as i am not sure it would be beneficial or not. However, I am now wondering that, if you did squat first, when fresh, if that would help bring up your "worst" lift.

Jim, I have actually thought about doing that, but I like deads so much more, I want to give them all I have. Plus in a strange way, I seem to do the squats with much better form doing them last...hard to explain, kinda like my attitude is "OK, squats, I dont like you, and you dont like me, you are all I have left to do, so lets make the best of it." then I really concentrate on my form and trying to get the most out of them in the least amount of time.....I dont know if that makes sense, but it seems to be working better than when I did do the first.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Wednesday
3-6-13

Cycle had to be accelerated up a little, I kinda winged it tonight. Then tomorrow I will set up an accelerated plan for the next few weeks...
DETAILS TO FOLLOW!!!!!

Deads 255 x3x2x2x2x2...up 50 lbs

Bench 150 x5x5x5x5x5

Squat 175 x3x3x3

GREAT W/O..9.5/10

WO Partner and I both went with some bigger deadlift weight so we could feel like men again...it felt GREAT!!! We were both missing using the heavier weights. But we did not go crazy, kept the other 2 lifts where they were. I will back off the deads, and go heavy on the bench next. Again, DETAILS TO FOLLOW!!!!!!!
All I can reveal now is that we were crushing deads, and both so excited we were giggling like schoolgirls!!!
