Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Deads:

Bench:
145 x6x6x6x6x6x6

Squat:
165 x5x5x5x5x5

Rating 9/10

Threw in an extra set of deads just so I feel like I am making progression.

Hit it again on Friday!!

Saturday 3-2-13
Week 2 Day 3

Had the unusual Sat AM workout...#1, I do not like early AM (7:30) workouts...#2, It was COLD....#3, the bar felt like ICE in my hands. BUT...still had to get it done. Ended up meeting my son last night for some night life, and had to be at job #2 today at 11:00, soooooo the Sat AM W/O was a necessity!!

Added another set of deads to show some progression.

Up the weights next week for week 3!!

i dont like earley AM workouts especially squatting, CNS still asleep and sluggish and the bar on the back feels so heavy, but sometimes it cant be avoided but work got done.
