Deads light:
134 x 5
150.5 x 5
183.5 x 3

Squats light:

Mil Press Heavy:
66 x 5
77 x 5
88 x 3
110 x 3

DB Rows:
50 x 6
50 x 6
50 x 6
50 x 6

Dips:
8x6x5x5x4 = 29 (up 3)

Deads again felt too light.
Squats were good, no hip pain, lighter weight = so much stricter form...which is what I need.
Mil Press was hard, last 2 sets took all I had
DB Rows better at 50 lbs, will go with 55 next time
Dips, added 3 more

Anyone who tells you Dips do not hit the triceps....send them my way!!

Traps, shoulders, and upper back feeilin' it already!!

Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Before now I had never done Dips, I am realizing they are a great exercise....much better than I thought they would be.
