Bench 185lbs x3x3x3x3x3x3 up next time
Mil Press 115 lbs x3x3x3x2x2x2

Pendlay Rows 115 lbs x8x8x8 up next time
Kirk Rows x8x8x8 up next time
DB Bench 65 lbs 10x7x7 = 24..stay
Mil Press 90 lbs x9x8x6 = 23..stay

Rating 8.5

Workout partner showed again, 3 times in a row!
Good w/o, finally getting back in the swing of FEELING productive.
Lower back still bothering me, especially on the Mil Press, BUT, its getting better every day.

And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

why only 8.5 it looks like a really good workout with progression goals being hit.

I do use a belt, mostly to help remind me to hold my breath in my stomach instead of my chest. I leave the belt 1 hole loose and push the abs against it.

Haveing the workout partner certainly helps. He admitted to me he is trying harder since he saw I was stronger than he was....just like I am trying harder to stay ahead of him!

9 is usually the highest I go...UNLESS...it is that absolute killer workout that gets a 10, but they are very rare. Now, having said that, Lee you are correct, it should have been a 9, nothing negative at all in the w/o, and a lot of progression. Other than setting some new PR's, not much more you can ask for.
