Super fired up over grand opening of the home gym. PLUS no hip pain last week or tonight. I backed off from 225 to 200, then 205 tonight, I will add 5 lbs each week as long as the pain stays away. Super strict, 100% head in the game from the second I lift the bar until I rack it.
Crushed.

Glad the hips are feeling good.

New gym, no hip pain, and a session full of add more next time. Doesn't get any better than that.

I'm not sure you sound excited enough for this year. Dial it up a little will ya?

Day 2 (Wednesday) in the MoeGym resulted in a lower back strain.......

Skipped Friday......Saturday was able to do most exercises except squats and deads.

Back still sore, but no worse....

I will see how the back feels, and adjust my workouts accordingly...next attempt Monday.

Just a strain I think...feelin 50% better today. I will just stay away from "hard on the back" exercises till it's closer to 100%
