Great work Caitlyn! Only reason it seems like your bench is your "weakest lift" is because your freakishly strong on the others . Strong stuff!

Wed - Squat day

Had a great squat day , I'm still moving up without having to use wraps to complete my sets so that's a great sign! Got there a little late due to my clinical duties starting up at school for practicum (sigh*) . So i cut out the goodmornings for today and added an extra accessory movement since the mono was in use and we don't have anything else to do them out of.

warm up -
100 pull aparts
stretching with bands

work
close stance squats 240 8x3
high bar olympic squats - 190 5x5

accessories
ghr- 5x10
hyperextensions - 5x10
DB lunges - 3x10 each leg
DB rows - 3x15

Monday - Bench

Today i felt like doo doo and had a very bad day at school (I know , what am I 5?) lol but I still managed to pull through that last workout somehow although my triceps felt super tight during bench in a bad way, so I'll be rolling out those suckers tonight. I'm also posting my deadlift video that I made on sunday so here 'tis.
