Assistance
DB rows - 3x15
rear delt raises - 3x15
db flys - 3x15
bicep db hammers - 3x30

Abs

Everything is coming along great , feeling easy even with some added weight and reps but I increase each week and it's still 14 weeks til the meet. I was about 9 weeks out with this weight in my last cycle so im def looking at pr's in the future at this rate !

Had a great squat day even after doing an extra ten min of cardio this morning (40 min) by accident , Pandora was on point this morning lol . Things are going awesome, I'm still going without wraps and everything is feeling strong.

Wed - Squat
