W7 D2 Tuesday

Squat
5 x 5 x 225 +10lbs
Tried going a little wider on my stance and the groin didn't like it, so brought it back in pretty narrow and it seemed to be happy.

Deads (all with VG's)
Standard warm up/ramp up
375 x 1
405 x 1
435 x 1
Plan was to hit heavy singles up to a new PR at 455, but the body said 435 is all you're getting today, and I listened.

Kneeling cable crunch
3 x 12 x 190 +10lbs

Seated calf raise
3 x 10 x 120 +10lbs
2 second hold on top

Is it possible to do the deads before the squats on this program? Just a thought if you wanna do heavy pulls. 435 is getting close tho!
