Yeah, groin injuries take forever to get back to trusting them again. Hang in there! This too shall pass.

Too many distractions at the gym lately. Guy wants to work with me "cause you're getting bigger so I wanna do what your doing" lol. Also have a high school kid that I've been trying to help out with his questions about powerlifting. Killed his ego when I made him hit legal squat depth and he couldn't come out of the hole with 60lbs under what he claims to be his meet max lol. Maybe they are a little looser with depth in high school meets? Anyway...

I think it's awesome that you are spending time helping others with their workouts. Passing it on, that's better than a 1,000 lb squat in my book.
