Thanks for all the support my brotha's and sista's

No real new info to report. The doc couldn't find anything, couldn't get me to grimace in pain from any of his little resistance tests. Obviously nothing showed up on the x-ray. I think the technician was flirting a little. Told me I had so much muscle she had to increase the power on the x-ray machine lol. So they are going to schedule me for an MRI. Hopefully that shows nothing and I can just take two aspirin and call in the morning

Ok so the shoulder makes upper body kinda iffy, and the groin says no to squats, so here is what we did.

55 minutes

Hack squat
230+sled x 5 reps x 4 sets

45 degree leg press
5pps x 10 x 3

Leg extensions
140 x 10 x 3

Seated leg press
160 x 30 x 2

RDL
275 x 5 x 2

Seated leg curl
100 x 12 x 2

Seated leg curl
70 x 15 x 2 (15 second rest between sets)

Ok so I know the weights aren't impressive, but I have not had that kind of volume day for legs in a while, so I am pretty sure I will be walking silly tomorrow. Don't know what the rest of my week is going to look like. Will know when I do it lol

Great work Rich! Great news from the Doc, minus the not knowing thing. But sounds like good ole rest is the solution. Good job being so muscley and trying to break the machine !!! Hope your owwweees heal up soon !

Groin not necessary with narrow stance and parallel depth haha!

good work rich, volume can make up for heavy weight to a certain degree.
