BB row
195 x 8 x 3 +5lbs

CG bench
150 x 10 x 3 +5lbs

Seated DB press
40 x 10 x 3 +5lbs
Did these with a semi-neutral grip. Felt better on the shoulder!

DB hammer curls
45 x 8e +5lbs
35 x 8e +5lbs
25 x 8e +5lbs

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical

Groin wasn't feeling good tonight, so kept the sets to 3 reps. Will leave the weight the same next week and try to increase the reps.

RDL
245 x 6 x 4 +10lbs

Side bends
45 x 10e x 3

Seated calf raise
3 plates x 13 x 3 +3 reps

Leg extensions
140 x 10 x 3 +10lbs

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical
