Chinups (goal is 3 sets of 10)
BW x 10, 9, 8 +1 rep

working
105 x 9 x 5 +5 reps

BB curls
70 x 10 x 3 +10lbs

Dips
BW x 10 x 4
BW x 7 x 1

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical

Really tough to get excited about these weights, but I know it is what I need to be doing right now, and it's only temporary!
