Thanks Lee! To be honest I don't really know what I will do once the shoulder is ready to go! I have some time to figure it out though, unfortunately lol!

Thanks Jay! I can still get some good work done, just won't be pushing any upper body PR's for a bit.

On a side note, I got my bench daddy, so I'll be playing around with that a little bit

LOL these were EZPZ. Probably could have cranked out 8-10 @ 275 with a little effort. Didn't want to get crazy wid it though!

still not sure how my shoulder likes these yet
