Once you get those form points sorted Rich, leverage will be yours and you will have more than 10-15 lbs more. Tons of congratz on the heavy duty 420PR.

Those snatch grip deads are no slouch either. Well done!

Thanks Steve! Speed off the floor felt better than the 410 last month. Just gotta work on pulling the bar towards me I think to keep the hips down!

Thanks Jimbro I was tempted to throw 430 on the bar, but I think patience is the name of the game right now. BTW the resolutioners did clear a path for me

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect.
