Very happy with today's work. Was worried about that right hammy, but it held up really well. Not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow though. Mission accomplished

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Squat = 325

Impressed at your mental strength as well Rich to be able to forget about the deadlift session and crush Bench and Squats/PC's. I am still in shock you were able to Push Press that 200 up. Incredible upper body strength.

Thanks Jim! One thing I have learned is to not dwell on a bad session. It's going to happen from time to time for various reasons. All you can do is crush your next opportunity

I wasn't too sure about trying to PP 200 after bench day, but hey, you miss every lift you don't attempt haha!

very solid work here. That is a pretty strong clean to push press you got going on there.
There is no way in hell I personally would be able to do lunges after boring but big squats.
