Yeah the 5x5 @ 245 is uncharted territory for me/PR stuff. I've never performed five straight sets for my working sets, so I'm pretty darned happy with those

I really figured I would top out on the BD around 330-340. Was pretty surprised by how much I still feel like I had left after the 355, although it was not paused. I think next week will give a better indication of where I'm at when I go for sets of 3-5 with pauses And of course I probably need to retest a raw max, maybe by the end of the month.

Hell, just unracking 355 is a workout! I agree with you though. I think the bench supports add quite a fair bit of weight, especially if you are not pausing it.

5x 5x 245 is awesome! Rock on brother.

Standing OHP
5 x 5 x 135 +5lbs

Thats pretty strong Rich...also, it is a goal of mine, as the Standing OHP is one of my favorites!!

Yeah Alan I think it is similar, but I think you can move a little more weight with the BD!
