50 minutes

Squat
5 x 5 x 185 -10lbs
Lowered the weight here to take it easy on the groin. Depth was great and didn't feel the groin at all on these

Deads (with VG's)
385 x 5 +10lbs, was supposed to be 3 sets, but felt like pulling some heavy singles
405 x 1
425 x 1 PR match
445 x 1 +20lb PR
Speed off the floor wasn't great but once I hit just below my knees it was mine. Didn't really expect to get it so did not even vid

Kneeling cable crunch
3 x 15 x 170 +20lbs
Was supposed to be 160 but the 160 and 170 plates were stuck together lol!

Seated calf raise
3 x 15 x 2pps
2 second hold on top, ouch

Leg extensions
3 x 8 x 170 +10lbs

Woohoo for a rest day tomorrow!
