40 minutes

DB bench
3 x 10 x 75

DB rows

CGBP
4 x 5 x 185

Seated DB press

DB conc. curls
3 x 10 x 25

Not used to a lot of these lifts, so I'm still dialing in weights and being gentle on the shoulder. But at least I'm back in the gym and moving a little iron!

Thanks Jay! Shoulder feels "decent" as long as I am on the anti-inflammatories. Still pain but nothing like it had been!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. I m all for just getting in there and doing what you can, so well done Rich. I never did like concentration curls tho - maybe because I can't concentrate lol

As far as the curls go, I'm just playing around with different DB versions on my 2nd upper day. The first upper I do BB curlz in the squat rack!!
