45 minutes

Squat

Going very light and will increase as the groin allows. These felt pretty decent.

Low rack pulls (just above mid-shin)
3 x 5 x 405

Kneeling cable crunch
2 x 12 x 150
1 x 2 x 150 OMG what a cramp!!!!!! Almost brought me to tears. After what seemed like an eternity, I bent over to pick up the mat, OMG what a cramp again!!!! LOL

Seated calf raise
3 x 12 x 115

Seated leg curl
3 x 10 x 100

Nice session. Glad you are easing back into the squats. I think mid-shin pulls are tougher than from the floor, can't use much leg drive.
