Couldn't even get through warmup on bench today. Pain was too much even on 135. Very disappointed about this. Maybe I just slept on it wrong, but I am going to take the entire week off, upper and lower, since the groin feels like poop too. If there is no significant improvement by next week, it will be time to bite the bullet and get this shoulder looked at.

Still need to keep a positive attitude though.

Awe shit Rich - this is not what I was hoping to read, but I certainly know what your going thru. Stay optimistic. Go get that shoulder looked at now. If you cannot even lift 135, there is definitely something more amiss than some tlc can look after. I don't think the shoulder is anything to screw around with. Is there a sports medicine clinic you can go to? I had to wait 6 months for my appointment for my back, which just happens to be tomorrow!

strong work rich, glade the groin is healing up but thats not good about the shoulder tho.
