Yup, looks like one of those days, but like you said, you still hit a PR! Still very strong work Rich, that's a nice incline.

lmao at the 30 minute shrugger, wtf? I think it's high time you put together a home gym!

What you need to do now is sit back with a case of beer

Working on that right now! Probably won't set a PR, but I've got some good work sets in me I bet

Default Wendler's 531, kinda

Due to the groin issue, your regularly scheduled programming has been preempted!

3/2/1 Cycle 10 Week 2 Day 4

Power cleans

Training max 190

warmup 45 x 5
135 x 3
150 x 3
170 x 3

Squat

Training Max - 335

Back Squat

Warmup

45 x 10
135 x 10
155 x 10
185 x 10, 10, 10
Surprisingly these did not feel too bad. I could tell the groin wasn't 100%, but it was not upset by these weights.

Leg press calf raise
3pps x 15
4pps x 15, 15

Seated calf raise
2 plates x 12
3 plates x 12, 12

Cardio
Who's got time for dat? LOL I'll hit some cardio over the weekend.

Rest up and live to fight another day, and drink that case of beer that I recommended earlier.

Nice to see you squatting anything, especially with relative comfort from the groin. Hopefully some higher reppage will get more blood flowing and heal it up sooner than later.

Haha Alan that's not usually a problem at my gym. Most people use it for curls, and hanging from straps, and silly stuff. I should set up a camera there all the time. Great stuff for youtube

Thanks Jim! That was the intent, to get a little bloodflow going. Will try again tomorrow after deads. Hopefully I can go up a few pounds.
