The strict 190 is a PR! Both were grinders. The last PP I actually failed on the initial push, but sucked it up and went for it again and got it!

Started SS BW chins in between my BTNP sets, so I think that is why I lost 5 reps on the top set here.

That looks like one of your most brutal sessions ever Rich. Have to admire how you always seem to get it done. Congratz on the mighty OHP PR. If I'm not mistaken, 190 is my Push Press PR.

Haha with all that work done, it's amazing how heavy 15lb DB's feel at the end of it It wasn't as bad as it looks though. I enjoyed the session!

With the way your bench has skyrocketed Jim, I would imagine your PP is over 200 now I'm getting the itch to try 2pps again

I don't think I have tested my PP in over a year. Goal at that time was also 2PPS. With PP tho, it's as much about the timing with the leg drive and the upward motion of the bar, as it is brute strength.

Good to hear you enjoy being brutalized as well!

Yeah pretty sure my technique sux and I am just brute forcing the bar over my head! Just a couple of weeks ago I power cleaned then PP'd 205, so I think I could easily hit 215, maybe 220 with just PP.
