Amazing upper body work Rich. I agree that the rows are responsible for a few lost chins, but that is a good trade off. Or maybe there is a kink in the armor! Haha

Super strong!

I also have certain points where adding the belt just makes all the dfference.

Excellent WO.

100 (50%) x 5
120 (60%) x 3

Weight (Goal) Actual

Working sets
140 (3) 3
160 (3) 3
180 (2x4) 2, 2, 2, 1+1PP
Second rep on first money set was a grinder! Decided to belt up. What a difference! Second and third sets went well. Had to PP the last rep. Still felt like it was good work!

AMAP Standing BTNP
140 x 11, 9, 8 +5lbs

Single arm DB rows
60 x 10e
80 x 10e
100 x 15e, strapped

Chins
BW+50 x 5 -1
BW+40 x 4 -1
BW+30 x 4 -1
BW+5 x 6, 6
This kinda sucked losing those reps, but pretty sure it was the DB rows so I'm ok with it.

DB side laterals
15 x 12 x 3

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical
Great workout Rich! Strong presses! Normally I don't do chins but did a few today. You didn't lose those chin reps.....I stole em, bwaaaaahahaaaaaa!

Many chinks in this old man's armor Jim Yeah I think I will get a little more bang for the buck from the rows than the chins!

Thanks JD! I haven't used a belt on any lift in a couple of years! It may be time to start using it on some of my heavier top sets!

Nice pressing KD. Great work.

And quad pain from squats? Man, you got it all. Nothing better than that.

Haha thanks Mike! I was pleased to finally feel squats in my quads, at least a little bit!

MP's are starting to get tough. Will either stay at the same weight next cycle, or break out the Woody's!!
