Indeed, depth was spot on Rich, and I agree, there is some improvement. From what I see, it looks like your breaking at the hips as you start the eccentric or descent, which is likely causing the lean/forward bar path. I never do that, I lower as a complete unit, spreading my knees as I lower. Once in the hole, you are raising your hips first and too much, causing a bit of a good morning. Basically, I always try to lower and raise as a super tight unit. You also want to distribute the weight on your heels and outside of feet. You can even practice everyday doing BW squats.

Keep, practicing and the form will come!

Thanks for the critique Jimbro! I promise I am trying to drop straight down without breaking at the hips. So many cues for a crappy squatter to try to remember lol.

I feel the same on bench lol. I now know how a gymnast feels when they have to try to master so many different events or disciplines.

I sometimes wish they had a squat only event at meets lol.

A+ for effort. I agree with Ravi. It does look better than last time.

Still some damn strong squatting.

Very strong work on the rack pulls.

Squat depth looked nice. With the back rounding and leaning forward, I had that problem before and what helped me was really focus on keeping my back arched and tight the whole way and throwing my head back out of the hole. Jim gave me some of that advice and he is the man.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
