W43 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
145 x 5 paused +10lbs
195 x 3 paused +10lbs
235 x 2 paused +10lbs
275 x 1 paused +20lbs
290 x 5 x 3 +5lbs, 3 rep PR
Best ever was 3 sets of 4. Quite happy to hit 3 sets of 5 with very little trouble.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 9 +1 rep
Still a bit off on this. Left lat was kinda off center of the bench causing everything to kinda fall off that direction. Got a pretty good cramp in lower left back as well but fought through it.

Pullups (pronated, neutral, supinated)
BW x 8, 8, 6 same

Standing OHP
135 x 6 x 3 +3 reps

BB curls
70 x 10 x 3 +5lbs

Dips

INSANE setting a bench PR a week out from a meet!

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Superb work and way to go fighting thru those bench daddy sets. I am starting to get angry tho as I see no hope for myself ever catching up to you on stupid bench lol. DIEB? (do I even bench) haha Grrrr.
