Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W37 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
155 x 5 paused +5lbs
205 x 3 paused
245 x 1 paused
285 x 1 paused +10lbs
290 x 4 x 3 same
Still could not hit the 5 reps but the 4th felt stronger than they have. Moving up 5lbs next week.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
355 x 4 +10lbs
315 x 10 +2 reps

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW+10lbs x 8, 7, 6 +10lbs

Super set with OHP

Standing OHP
130 x 9 x 3 same

EZ bar curls
92.5 x 10 x 3 +2 reps

Dips
BW+50 x 8 x 3 +5lbs

Good session tonight!
