I can't believe you're keeping up with the twenty reppers...I've only done them for shiggles a handful of times and can't imagine doing them week in, week out

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Thanks everyone for the continued support! Sorry for the absence, I've been under the weather since Saturday, but feeling better each day. Going to take the whole week off and let my body recuperate.

As far as those 20 reppers go, yes I am getting closer to seeing Hay-Soose. I will start to cycle them once I see the light at the end of the tunnel
