Meadows rows (weight does not include BB)
135 x 8e x 3 +5lbs

CGBP
250 x 5 x 4 +1 rep
Got that last rep tonight. Pretty easy so must be getting back in the groove.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 5, 6 +3 reps

Seated DB press
50 x 10, 10, 10 +2 reps

1 minute DB hammer curls (goal of 50 total)
25 x 21e, 18e, 14e = 53 +7 reps
