Good work Rich, I usually find the ab wheel is the hardest on my core. You do them from knees or standing?

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Alan it does work my core well, but seems my limiting factor is shoulders and tri's wear out. I do them on my knees and touch nose to floor each rep
