235 x 1 +10lbs, reracked, almost walked out, fighting food poisoning or stomach bug all day and wasn't sure I could get through these sets. Regrouped for a minute and went again.

Toughest squats I have done in a while. Felt like hurling the whole time Some reps were paused, some not.

Progression seems to be getting a little tougher to come by these days.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 5 x 2

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 10, 10 +1 rep
Dropped a set here as I am six weeks out and need to start trimming volume on accessory work.

Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
125 x 10, 10, 7+2 PP

EZ bar curls
77.5 x 10, 10 +2 reps
Dropped a set.

Dips
BW+35 x 10, 10 +10lbs
Dropped a set.

Received my singlet and deathlift socks in the mail today. Singlet fits pretty well and doesn't make my butt look big Socks are a bit long going up and over my knees lol. Gonna have to fold them over or order the next size smaller.

Nice squats! Very gutsy with stomach troubles. Not sure I'd have stuck that one out.

Awesome bench of course. You excel at that for sure.

I had the same trouble with my first socks! haha. Singlet didn't make my butt look big either, but sure didn't do much to make my spare tire any smaller!

Now that your bench has been elevated to the top floor it makes sense progression will be slower, but hey, just keep fighting tooth and nail for every pound. Soooooo excited for you Rich. Your a real lifter now that you have a singlet! Haha
