^^I don't know, I've seen some pretty big bench numbers in here lately.

130 x 10e x 3 +6 reps

CGBP
265 x 5, 5, 5 +2 reps
These weren't that pretty, so gonna leave the weight here for next week.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
315 x 5 x 2

Seated DB press
65 x 7, 6 losing reps at this weight so dropped down
50 x 10
50's felt just about right. Triceps are already hammered from the previous work.

Cable hammer curls
30 x 10e
40 x 10e
50 x 10e
