Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W15 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
230 x 3 +5lbs paused
265 x 1 +10lbs paused easy
275 x 5 x 5 +2 reps
Was feeling pretty weak today. First set of 275 was pretty tough. Last rep of last two sets were slow. Will go ahead and increase 5lbs next week. I have increased my bench after shoulder injury from 225x5x5 to 275x5x5 in 15 weeks. I'll take that progression

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
335 x 3 +10lbs
355 x 2 +10lbs
375 x 1 +10lbs PR, got a liftoff for this set
The 375 was HEAVY!

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 7 x 5 +5 reps

Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
165 x 4+1PP x 3
165 x 3+2PP x 1

BB curls
100 x 8, 8, 6
whatever lol

Dips
BW+55lbs x 10, 10, 5 +5lbs
Flat out died on that last set!

Thanks Jay! Of course all my top raw work sets are rep PR's as I've never lifted this heavy 5x5, but hey, who's counting haha?

Thanks Jimbro! I have a decent bench apparently at the expense of a crappy squat lol. Oh well, it seems even the great ones suck at one lift, so I will continue to work on it.

Great work Rich! That is a fairly quick regain of strength after the injury. Where were you when you got injured? I wanna say you were almost to where you are now, but hey, I am probably wrong, lol.
