I have decided to drop the weight and up the rep target to 3 sets of 15.
70 x 15 x 3
Thought 70 might be a little light, but it was work to get all reps on that last set.

Meadows rows (weight does not include BB)
105 x 10e x 3 +5lbs

CGBP
250 x 5 x 3 +5lbs
250 x 4 x 1
First two sets were solid. Last 2, meh. Will stay here next week.

Seated DB press
60 x 10 x 2
60 x 6 x 1 -2 reps

Cable curls
100 x 10 x 3
