Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W14 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
225 x 3 paused
255 x 1 paused easy
275 x 5 x 3 +2 reps
275 x 4 x 2
Absolutely could not stay tight or keep my arch. My feet slipped out or my shoulders slipped forward on every set. I even changed shoes after the 3rd set but it didn't help. Just one of those days.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
325 x 3 +10lbs
345 x 3 +10lbs
365 x 2 +10lbs PR, got a liftoff for this set

Pullups (slightly wider than shoulder width grip)
BW x 6 x 5 +5 reps

Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
165 x 4+1PP x 2
165 x 3+2PP x 2
Dropped a set here. I think with the extra bench sets I don't need (translated to I can't handle) the volume and weight on OHP. I may drop the weight a little next week and work back up.

BB curls
100 x 10, 10, 8
One set wide, one medium, one narrow

Dips
BW+50lbs x 10, 10, 8

Haha Vin I was entertaining the thought of going for a 4pps TnG with the bench daddy until I only hit 365x2. Figured that was a sign to live to fight another day.

It was weird Jay. Seemed like no matter what I did I just could not stay solid. A lot of it was unracking on my own, but even the 365 that I got a liftoff I slipped and ended up on my toes!
