Im late to the party as usual Rich....but I HAD to chime in...Great job on the 455 PR...lots of work went into that and I know you are pleased.

Strong pullin' for a senior!

I too struggle with double over on weights above 330. I over (left) under (right) it. I also never use straps on heavy weights.

Going for a Big Ben log entry today.

Thursday for my main lift I did incline DB with some weight for some reps and sets. Who's got time to count?

Then I did some pendlay's and some RipSkulls and some DB side laterals and finished off with some DB curlz.

Bayum!

edit: then I went home and ate pop tarts WITH icing!

LOL no worries Jay. It was a deload and I was just winging it with different exercises.
