Is all that sex and abductor work for your groin health? haha I'm sure that seatless leg extension could also help with things.

Yeah Jim it is amazing how weak my adductor and abductor muscles are Hopefully this will help me out in the long run.

Ok so today I was supposed to start week 13 of Real Results, but my body is beginning to feel a little beat up. So I figured maybe I would play around with some 1RM testing and shake up the accessory work a little this week.

Flat BB bench
bar x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
255 x 1 feels a little heavy
275 x 1
295 x 1
305 x 1 BAM new PR!
315 x 1 BAM new PR and smooth too!
320 x 1 BAM new PR! Wasn't a grinder, but not really in the groove, so stopped here to avoid possible injury.
All sets I lifted off by myself and had no spotter, but was set up in the power rack with safety bars so all was good. Would love to have had a liftoff for the last 3 sets but there was absolutely no one in the gym today.

Standing BTNP
3 sets AMAP
95 x 25, 20, 16

Super Set with Pullups
BW x 5, 5, 5

BB curls
3 sets AMAP
50 x 27, 15, 10

Chest dips
3 sets AMAP
BW x 23, 14, 9

Damn Rich - I am absolutely blown away by that benching today!! 3 straight big PR's in a row on bench is unheard of - I don't see that often. You have really exercised smart management also in your use of the slingshot. Congratz my friend.
