DB bench
2 x 12 x 100
1 x 9 x 100
Hmmm...2 weeks no progress. Right elbow felt a little wonky on the first set, but no excuse.

Meadows rows (weight does not include BB)
3 x 10e x 95
Much respect for you DZ. I have no clue how you can crank out a set of 30e at this weight

Nice weights on all those pressing movements, and those curls were very strong.
It starts with a belt and the next thing you know you'll be curling in the squat rack

We will have to put a big target on DZ!!

Again, sick upper body strength. Maybe time for some elbow sleeves. I just got my Rehband knee sleeves and they work a treat to keep the knees warm and feeling good.

Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888
