Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W12 D2 Tuesday

Squat
265 x 5 x 5 +5 reps
Got all sets and reps but they sure felt heavy today.

Low pin rack pulls (about 7")
All lifts DOH
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 1
Put on VG's
455 x 5 x 3 +10lbs
Got all my reps but these felt heavy today too!

Kneeling cable crunch
200 x 10 x 3 +10lbs
Made it through with no cramp, YAY! lol

Seated calf raise
3 x 12 x 135 +6 reps
2 second hold on top

Happy with the progress today, but boy do I feel whipped now!
