Meadows rows

95 x 10e
Kinda curious I feel stronger on my right side and I'm a lefty Anyway this was the first time doing them Meadows style. Next week all 3 sets will be @ 95.

1 x 8 x 60 +5lbs

BB curls

Other than losing 2 reps on DB bench it was a pretty good session. Feel like I'm growing

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Your growing cuz you've been lifting so well

I'll assume you liked the Meadows style - I like doing rows 2X per week with Pendlays as well. Anything to get out of doing DB rows lol

Yeah the Meadows row seemed a little easier to get into a good leverage position, just gotta watch the old knees on the way down !

Still a little discomfort, but was able to work through it. Not going to push the weight on these sets too hard too quick. Just happy to be able to do them!

RDL

Planks
BW x 90 seconds x 3 +30 seconds
Adding 30 seconds made these a little more challenging.

Calf raises single leg
BW+10 x 15, 15, 13

Leg extensions
170 x 8 x 3 +20lbs
I don't understand why manufacturers of machines think the higher the weight, the bigger the jump needs to be between plates. The stack goes up by 10 until 150 where it jumps by 20!

SSSM (super set sex machines)
Adductor

Abductor
80 x 10 x 3
