As much as that groin sux, that 5X5 does not. Your upper body strength is phenomenal. I feel weak all of a sudden.

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W11 D2 Tuesday

Squat
265 x 5 x 4 +10lbs
Only did 4 sets today. I was a little tentative to hit depth hard, so not sure I was getting as deep as I would like. If I can squat on Friday I will try to vid, it's just too much of a circus in there on Tuesdays.

High pin rack pulls (mid knee)
All lifts DOH
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2 grip was a bit weak here
Put on VG's
505 x 5 x 3 +10lbs
These felt pretty decent. 10 second hold on the last rep just cause I felt BA holding that much weight lol.

Kneeling cable crunch
190 x 15 x 3
Got that third set in, was walking away to put the mat away, and that damned ab hit me! That's ok though I got the reps in haha!

Seated calf raise
3 x 10 x 135 +10lbs
2 second hold on top

Very happy with the session, especially considering I went in with a pretty tight/tender lower back. It feels much better now
