The first time I pulled a groin I was team roping pretty competitively (not lifting yet). Let me tell you, riding and roping with a pulled groin was murder! I can only imagine what it's like to be lifting with one.

Wow, and I thought I had it bad with my lower back. I just have to hope I never get a "g" injury. It must really be playing with your head . Is there no prescribed way to treat it, or is it typical to just sort of wing it?

It's a fine line OR! I would think riding would be tougher than lifting though

It really sux Jim. I had a strain on the left side a while back and it healed relatively quickly. This one is really testing my sanity! It's pretty much if it doesn't hurt do it, if it does hurt don't do it :/

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W11 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
265 x 5 x 5 +5lbs
Can't believe I am hitting 5 sets on these weights when I used to struggle hitting 1 set!

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
295 x 3 +10lbs
315 x 3 +10lbs
335 x 3 +10lbs, got a liftoff for this set

Chins
BW x 9, 9, 9, 9, 9 +5 reps
Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
5 x 4 x 160 +5lbs
Lower back was tight all day and kinda cramped up a little on my last bench set, so kept the reps at 4. Will stay at this same weight next week and try to hammer out all 5 x 5.

BB curls
95 x 9, 8, 6
Whatever, my bi's were fried.

Dips
BW+45lbs x 10, 10, 9 same

First really heavy pressing day with my new wrist wraps. I must say my wrists are the second happiest they've ever been lol.
