I will not bench or OHP without the wrist wraps. They make a huge difference to me. I also use them on DB Pressing!
Looking on YT seems the only difference between Meadows and the way I'm doing them is where you grab the bar? I have been lifting from inside the collar instead of out at the end of the bar.

I can see the wraps really helping on heavy OHP! Really looking forward to Monday

Ya, pretty much your gripping the fat part of the bar. I did find the positioning a bit awkward on regular one arm rows tho. I wonder if the Meadows rows would be more comfortable in that sense. I'll have to try them. I imagine its like using fat gripz.

Here is a video of John Meadows himself doing the Meadows Row. I have been using it for a couple of cycles and have noticed a lot more growth in my back.

Hopefully the wrist wraps work for you. I use them on ALL of my heavy sets of bench, press, dl and squats. They really help to keep my wrists straight/steady.

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W10 D4 Friday

Ok so it's been 8 weeks since I tried to get my second squat session in. Unfortunately the "g" isn't ready yet

Squats
Bar x 10
135 x 5
Body is not liking it so shut it down.

RDL
225 x 8 x 4

Planks
BW x 60 seconds x 3
These are just lol. Guess I need to up the time to 90 seconds and see what happens.

Calf raises single leg
BW x 15 x 3

Leg extensions
150 x 10 x 3

SSSM (super set sex machines)
Adductor
70 x 10 x 3

Abductor
70 x 10 x 3

Hopefully these exercises will help strengthen an obvious weakness. The weight wasn't bad on these but the slight pain was annoying.

Hope that "g" comes around KD. Nice work as always.

Cool tip on those rows. I am hitting the limit on my DBs and that's a nice variation.

Rock on.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

I'm beginning to wonder if it is ever going to heal I wonder if some BW lunges or bench step ups might help strengthen those muscles as well?
