Thanks Vinnie! I don't know about feeling like a beast, but at least I am getting used to having that much iron above my face so when I do hit it raw I won't even be thinking about that

On a side note, I did receive my wrist wraps last night, after my press session of course lol! Stupid Brown!

Real Results 4-day Upper/Lower
W10 D2 Tuesday

Squat
5 x 5 x 255 +10lbs
These all felt pretty light and smooth.

Deathlift
All lifts DOH
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 2
405 x 1
Put on the VG's
425 x 1 this flew up
445 x 1 PR match light weight baby!
Easily had another 10lbs in me, but didn't get greedy. Walked away happy and healthy

Kneeling cable crunch
190 x 15 x 2
OMG stomach cramp from hell after that second set! Took a full 5 minutes for it to relinquish its grip

Seated calf raise
3 x 15 x 125 +6 reps
2 second hold on top

Edit: Upon further review, the 445 pull is only a PR match from week 3. The plus is this pull was easy as opposed to week 3 which was a grinder. Hello 455 in 3 weeks!
