I like higher rep dumbbell work. I would go to 15 reps per set, or even up to 20.

Thanks for the support everyone!! It appears the consensus is to beat myself up with mo' reps As long as it doesn't pop my head every time I go high reps, I agree it is a good angle of attack!

W10 D1 Monday

Flat BB bench
260 x 5 x 5 +5lbs
Last rep on last 2 sets was work, but bar speed was pretty good across the board.

Add Bench Daddy (all reps paused)
285 x 3 +10lbs
305 x 3 +10lbs
325 x 3 +10lbs

Chins
BW x 8, 8, 8, 8, 8 +5 reps
Superset with OHP

Standing OHP
5 x 5 x 155 +5lbs
Last rep on last set was a real grinder!

BB curls
95 x 8, 8, 7 +1 rep
Not real worried about lots of progression here since they follow right behind chins.

Dips
BW+45lbs x 10, 10, 9 +3 reps
Just couldn't grind out that last rep. It's mine next week!

Been really busy and have fallen behind on everyone else's logs. Will try to catch up some tomorrow!

Haha Chad I'm getting a little too swole around the waist too

It is funny how I'm cranking out 5x5 @ 260 now, I remember when I was on MadCow and it was all I could do to get 1 set of 5 @ 260!
